Style guide & word list

I spearheaded a multiyear project to create a comprehensive in-house style guide and word list for E Source, launching the first edition in 2021. The project involved auditing existing resources, conducting research with subject matter experts, and collaborating with designers to produce a polished, user-friendly guide. To drive adoption, I implemented a long-term communication plan, including interactive presentations and ongoing updates. My most recent update, published in January 2025, focused on digital accessibility, inclusive language, and alignment with The Chicago Manual of Style 18th edition. Since 2021, the style guide has received over 5,000 page views, reinforcing its value as a key editorial resource.
