Hello
Hi, I’m Christina Bryson! I’m an editor, writer, and digital accessibility expert who’s all about making content clear, engaging, and easy to read. With over eight years in the industry, I’ve got a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping people communicate better. Whether you need top-notch editing, accessible design, or a solid content strategy, I’ve got your back!
My Story
I’ve worked on all kinds of projects—corporate reports, website copy, academic publications, and even books. One of my proudest moments was leading the creation of a 10,000-word style guide that helped teams maintain consistency and clarity across their content. In my career, I’ve largely focused on making digital content more accessible and inclusive, from updating presentation templates to meet WCAG standards to advocating for plain language that transforms complicated ideas into something anyone can grasp. I’ve worked on refining academic publications too, making sure they’re polished, precise, and easy to follow. And I’m especially excited about diving further into the book publishing world, where I can bring my editorial skills to authors and publishers looking to create content that truly resonates with readers.
I hold a BA in English from Allegheny College, where I was editor-in-chief of The Campus, and I’m a member of ACES: The Society for Editing. Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog, overwatering my houseplants, reading fantasy novels, and running Pittsbookers, a local book club I founded in 2021.
Above all, I’m passionate about making your content shine and ensuring it’s clear, accessible, and engaging. Let’s chat about how I can help take your project to the next level!
